Return and exchange methods

【Product Appreciation Period】

Except for foods that are easy to perish and have a short shelf life (will expire upon return/cancellation), customized products,

Current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, unpacked audio-visual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards,

Except for products that are not applicable to the 7-day appreciation period according to the "Applicable Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Telecommunication Transactions",

There will be a 7-day product appreciation period from the time the product arrives in your hands (7 days including holidays).

If you need to return the product, please contact customer service staff within 7 days of receiving the product.

[Return Instructions]

1. Returned goods must be unused and have no damage or malfunction caused by non-human defects.

The 7-day appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to hesitate and confirm whether the product meets your needs, and is not a trial period for the product; please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging carton), otherwise returns will not be accepted.

2. Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

(1) Product appreciation period exceeding 7 days.

(2) The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as defacement, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, and dirt.

(3) The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete, or the invoices and accessories are missing.

(4) Malicious or large-scale returns.

【Return Process】

Contact customer service staff → Confirm that returns are possible → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Will be sent by entrusted logistics/or sent back by yourself for recycling.

【Refund instructions】

Credit card payers: After confirming that the return is successful, the money will be directly refunded to the original payment credit card account. Cash on delivery: After confirming that the return is successful, the refund fee will be transferred to the bank account you provided.

[Exchange instructions]

If the product you receive does not match what you ordered, or is damaged or defective,
Please apply to customer service within the seven-day waiting period (you are required to provide videos or photos of defective products to confirm the condition of the products)
→ Customer service staff will confirm the product problem with you
→ Dispatch the freight company to the designated address for collection
→ After confirming that the returned goods are correct, new products will be sent to you in 3-7 working days.


If you need to return goods due to allergies, please attach a doctor's certificate and apply for return within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the quantity of the goods exceeds 1/3, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

If you request a paper invoice but fail to send it back, customer service will contact you for a replacement invoice, and you will be responsible for paying the postage for the replacement.

When we have arranged for pickup, but the home delivery personnel visit 3 times but are unable to successfully recover the goods, your application will be cancelled. We apologize for this.

Product exchange items are limited to defective products, and replacement of defective products is limited to products of the same model. If the product is no longer in stock, it will be processed as a "return".

If an order participating in a marketing activity is returned, the entire order must be returned, and single item returns cannot be selected.

If defective products are exchanged for shipment, our company will focus on the shipping address of the order. If changes to the receiving information, address, etc. affect the shipping costs, please understand that you will have to bear the additional costs yourself.

If there are too many returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the company has the right to terminate or suspend all or part of your shopping and service qualifications.

If you have read in detail and confirmed that the above matters are acceptable to you, please contact our customer service. After receiving the application, we will handle the return, exchange and refund for you as soon as possible.
